Free crochet pattern: House
I’ve been talking recently over on Instagram about how I have been enjoying crochet again for the first time in nearly a year. Since I gave up my crocheted homewares business in January, the desire to pick up my hooks and yarns just kind of left me. I’d had enough for the time being, and apart from a little dabble during the Summer I’ve not crocheted anything at all this year… until now.
At the moment I have a bundle of crocheted projects on the go, which is exactly how I used to be when I was in full flow. Inspiration finding me around every corner. It feels so good to be back enjoying creating again in this way, and as a celebration of sorts I’ve decided to write up the pattern for the crocheted house I used to make.
You can find full written and chart version below. Feel free to skip over this post if crochet is not your thing!

You can use these little crocheted house shapes for lots of different projects. I’ve used them to make garlands, wall hangings and gift tags. I think I’ll be making some more this year to jazz up my Christmas wrapping.
Please let me know if you make any, and what you’ll be using them for. Feel free to share with your creative friends, and of course tag me in any of your makes!
