Free crochet pattern: Statement Scrunchie

Crocheted scrunchies are a great way to experiment with new stitch patterns and materials. They also make great stash-busting projects!

I’ve been having fun making a few different kinds of scrunchies using up some of my finer yarns, but you can also make big statement pieces with bulky yarn too! In fact you can whip one up in no time at all, making them a brilliant crochet project for markets or last-minute gifts.
